Pros
Excellent benefits and competitive salary.. Your work hours are set week by week and this allows you a great deal of flexibility.
Cons
For some caregivers you don't get the hours you want particularly if you are just starting out. I was given full time hours right away but this was not the norm. It depends on how much your clients like you. High end clientele can be demanding and picky.
