Business Outlook
Pros
- The right system architecture and people to actually get autonomous flight certified by the FAA. Strong safety culture while also going fast, not getting too bogged down in process during R&D. - Very smart and accomplished engineers - Unlimited PTO. Good work life balance for the most part. There are sprints and crunch periods, but overall pretty good for a startup.
Cons
- Most of the company is remote, can be a bit isolating and frustrating for the on-site team - Management is Ok. Not bad, but not great. - Compensation is not great if you live in the Bay. Stock options (ISOs) don't make up for this.
