Pros

Plenty of overtime IF the owner approves of it. He'll negotiate pay rates but it will come at a cost.

Cons

Non-flexible schedules that make it difficult to plan around and balance life. Pay is not enough for working in dangerous environments. Healthcare and benefits are not even thought of where employees are treated like expendable assets. You have to wear full black attire in very hot Summer weather.
