Pros
Some managers are kind, thoughtful and have good intent
Cons
The company does not invest in it's employees, the ESOP program was eliminated, they do not have a tuition rebuirmsenet program nor do they care. Favoritism is huge. Bonus is based on who you know, not what you do. Only managers get bonus, staff is treated like second class. Increases are cost of living only, 2%. Poor HR Management with a need for real training on basic HR compliance. Zero support for Employee relations issues and real employee development programs.
