We also gave promotional items to allow you to take out for marketing. A lot of mortgage companies do not offer these benefits. We also have lead plans for loan officers who need more opportunities to get business. I'm also sorry to hear that you are not happy with management. From an HR perspective, this was not made aware of the concerns, and we do surveys quarterly to grade our managers based on other team members' feedback.
