Pros

The people there are fantastic—collaborative, supportive, and genuinely committed to doing the right thing.

Cons

The company is operating with very outdated processes and isn’t open to exploring more modern, efficient ways of working. There’s very little willingness to think creatively or adopt improvements that could streamline operations. In addition, the total rewards program feels significantly behind the market — the benefits package resembles something from 20 years ago, with no real effort to modernize or stay competitive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear your experience with your colleagues was positive. The collaboration and commitment of our teams are truly central to who we are as an organization. We also appreciate you sharing your perspective regarding operational processes and our Total Rewards offerings. As healthcare continues to evolve, we regularly evaluate both our systems and our benefits programs to ensure they support our clinicians and remain competitive within our industry. In fact, many of our programs — including continuing education support, licensure assistance, flexible scheduling options, and other clinician-focused benefits — are designed specifically to support the unique needs of therapy professionals. Feedback like yours helps inform ongoing improvements, and we appreciate the time you spent as part of the Reliant team. We wish you the very best in your continued career. — Reliant Rehabilitation

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.
