Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear that the flexibility of PRN scheduling has been a positive aspect of your role, as we know flexibility is important for many clinicians. We also appreciate you raising concerns related to productivity expectations, caseload, and team stability. Our goal is always to balance strong clinical outcomes with realistic workloads that support both our patients and our therapy teams. Feedback from clinicians helps us continue to evaluate our processes and identify opportunities for improvement. We appreciate the work our PRN clinicians do to support our patients and communities and thank you for being part of the Reliant team. — Reliant Rehabilitation

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.
