Pros

Honestly, can't really think of any...

Cons

When it comes to this rehab company, three words come to mind...shady, unprofessional, and unreliable. Do not trust anything they say to you as they do not have your best interest in mind. They are as shady as they come. They will LITERALLY stab you in the back. Its regional directors and recruiters will promise you the world to get you onboard. Next thing you know is you realize is that you've gotten the short end of the stick, but by then it is too late! You're already in. This company is not employee or patient care friendly and is purely driven by productivity. They basically pressure therapists to be 95%+ productive, not a realistic situation especially with no rehab tech. You will be expected to perform extra duties beyond your job description and be ready to get pressured into building a caseload with patients who are not appropriate for therapy. Reliant is known for being shady. This is not the place for you if you expect to move forward in your career. The only thing you will learn here is how terrible this company is. Coorperate is not very reliable either. Be prepared to place numerous calls in order to reach them, you'll be developing a relationship with their answering machines. A word to the wise and from someone who experienced this company, stay as far away from Reliant Rehab as you possibly can. They are not worth the headaches, stress, and disappointment.

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your years of service as a Director of Rehabilitation. We are dissapointed to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and support we strive to provide for our employees. At Reliant, we recognize that our people are the foundation of our success, and we take concerns regarding leadership, communication, and employee experience seriously. While we cannot comment on individual employment matters, we value all feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve. We are grateful for the dedication you brought to your team and the residents you served throughout your tenure. We wish you continued success in your future endeavors and appreciate you sharing your perspective. - The Reliant Team.
