No covid relief pay They gave us paycuts across the board before they ever saw how med B reimbursement was going to impact their company, then turn around and ask us to add group treatments back, which gives us less hours. Never considered for annual raises Poor operating budget for therapy This company also tell us to use PTO if we have to be off for 10 days with covid, we have to advocate for ourselves and email hr to tell them we contacted coivd at work in order to get paid sick leave from the company. They don that us cpivd relief but require us to work with covid patients in full ppe. They don't take care of their ppl just their bottom line. How do leaders not know that you take care of your front line who drives your busine ss.
