Pros

none. I would give this company a negative star if I could

Cons

there are obvious biases with managers, regional managers and employees when it comes to pay and personal treatment/favoritism with policies; the company pushes for more and more productivity but cuts pay more and more.......you get reimbursement for licensure and CEUS if YOURE lucky to track down your check....they give you the runaround when they owe you money. Poor management from the Top down- our COO/CEO and CFO should be ashamed. its almost as if they've forgotten how to run a company- they've forgotten where they came from, who WORKS for them, and how to treat people, They want us to treat our patients with dignity, respect and compassion but we get none of that in return from our own company. there is no consistency in managing - I think the company is trying to grow "too big" too fast and cannot keep afloat much longer- and one day it is going to sink.....especially when all your crew will one day abandone this horrible ship.......

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your years of service as a Director of Rehabilitation. We are dissapointed to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and support we strive to provide for our employees. At Reliant, we recognize that our people are the foundation of our success, and we take concerns regarding leadership, communication, and employee experience seriously. While we cannot comment on individual employment matters, we value all feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve. We are grateful for the dedication you brought to your team and the residents you served throughout your tenure. We wish you continued success in your future endeavors and appreciate you sharing your perspective. - The Reliant Team.
