Pros
The benefits and the people (depending on what team you land on)
Cons
The main focus of Relias is cutting costs wherever it can. Unfortunately, that means employees often feel the impact. Raises and promotions are tough to come by, layoffs seem yearly at this point, and morale reflects that reality. If you’re just looking for a place to get your foot in the door, Relias might work as a starting point. But for the long term? It’s hard to recommend. If you have other options, take them. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because of the benefits. Using the same logic Relias applies to annual reviews: a 3/5 means meeting expectations, 5/5 means exceptional performance, and anything below 3 indicates underperformance. Relias is below average. A 2/5 rating feels appropriate
