Pros
Relias does a great job in finding the right people compared to many other organizations. There is a real feeling of teamwork and camaraderie, starting all the way up at the top with Jim T and flowing throughout every level of the company. We support each other in a single, unified mission to grow and improve as an organization and improve the lives of our clients. There is transparency from the executive team on the goings-on and direction of the company and a sense of accountability for making this a great place to work. Relias has a very laid-back environment with great benefits and a supportive management staff. Sales team members are also very generously compensated for performance. In return, Relias expects reps to work hard to hit their goals. Management team members often go out of their way to integrate fun and motivation into the work day. Unlimited PTO, "casual" work attire, ability to work from home, and awesome coworkers are just a few of the great benefits of working for Relias. They are really striving to make Relias into a place where people stay for the duration of their career, rather than simply a "starting place." In my opinion, they are headed in the right direction.
Cons
Health insurance can and NEEDS to be better. Having insurance to begin with is a blessing, but not with such a very high deductible. Base salary for inside sales is very low. However, the commission structure is very generous.
