Pros
Relias was an awesome place to get a career kicked off. The overall feel and culture of the office is pretty great. I was fortunate enough to meet a lot of people I still call friends during my time there. Has the young, start-up feel with a number of good managers in place. CEO is about as good of a guy as you can ask to lead the company...nice, very involved, always an enjoyable conversation.Many of the direct managers were the exact same way...awesome, and very under-appreciated, sales managers. The product and market Relias caters to is also great. The mission statement of helping those who are most vulnerable usually makes you feel good about going to work every day.
Cons
Have to start with the pay...obviously way below the Raleigh market and covered with quite a bit of shade. Employees tend to speak, and it became pretty clear that a few blatant lies were thrown around by management during my time there in terms of pay and other things. For a company that harps quite a bit on values and integrity there are quite a few things internally that show otherwise.
