Pros
-Unlimited PTO - some flexibility in schedule once they moved their new office to a nightmare area in Morrisville - Used to be people, but seems like morale is at an all time low and most won't be there much longer.
Cons
- Just fired a ton of people, because of their own mistakes - Nothing gets done, whether it is integrating newly acquired products, updating internal processes or simply asking for help from a different departments- don't expect anything to be accomplished quickly. - While Relias is not accomplishing things, they will force you to pitch something that doesn't even exist yet. Once they "roll out" a new product, don't expect it to be complete or nearly as beneficial as they claim. -Micromanagement is just a normally day to day activity - All they care about is cutting costs - Low pay- which they tried to address but simply saying we have snack and treats in the office. Snacks and treats don't pay bills... - Health insurance for families is poor - Turnover
