The other reviews about the mediocre pay are all true. Relias does not value employees enough to pay them properly and would rather lay them off and bring in a cheaper hire. The company boasts about their profits and how well we are doing, but with the best talent leaving, I’m not sure how long that will last. After years of hearing employees complain about pay, the executive team decided to insult our intelligence and their solution was to nix the bonus and just pay us out our bonus portion throughout the year - AKA the money we would have made anyways. At this point it’s a joke and employees are losing morale. They’ve hired some good talent and bright people, but clearly have no intentions on keeping them.
