Not the first time you’ve seen this...SALARY! 2 C-level managers stated in a All-hands meeting that if you didn’t like it, leave! Wow...that proved their sincerity regarding caring for their employees. Seems this company is fumbling around at the moment, and the employees are tired of lack of clarity, direction, or potential upward movement. The CSM’s all but cleared out, gave the reason in their exit interviews, and the reason for the staff turn-over still sits on her director throne... so no point giving advice ELT! Everyone has 1 foot out the door, just waiting for their job offer! Bertelsmann, pay attention to the employee surveys, or are those also to give your employees a false sense of say, like the surveys given by Relias?
