Pros
As the majority of the reviews have mentioned, I too believe that my coworkers are fantastic. It's one of the reasons I had enjoyed making the trek to the office every day. We're the first of two tenants in a brand-new building (almost start-up feeling). Generally, the benefits are top-notch, particularly for companies the size of Relias. Lastly, our mission statement is sincere and the company actually values the path to satisfying that mission.
Cons
While the company suggests the "empowerment of employees" to make decisions, it's not the reality (despite continued ETL Powerpoint slides). The culture is toxic and not getting better--the "old guard" continues to decrease the capabilities and value of the company. During my tenure, three top-level execs left the company--I should have been more aware of those cues. Lastly, the continued departure of high level talent is shocking.
