Pros
-The biggest pro here is that the coworkers are amazing. They really do have a great group of people. -They have a great product which makes it very easy to get behind and promote.
Cons
-Unrealistic expectations -No real room for growth -Constantly hear how they want to promote from within but even when they have several qualified people inside the company they continually go outside to hire leaving people stuck. Many times these people have more experience than the new ones they bring in. -Promote collaboration but then get upset if you are not at your cube -Upper management is very quick to jump to conclusions (Oh you were away from your desk for 5 minutes you must be slacking off, not that you had to run to the bathroom) -They say they want to hear feed back and have this great work culture but then every action they make goes directly against that -Very much a case of saying what sounds good but really not wanting to. -There seems to be a revolving door of employees. People will work for a while the false expectations that were set in the interview fall and then they leave. But instead of fixing anything the company just keeps bringing in new people, telling them the same lies, and once they learn what it is actually like they too leave.
