Thank you for the constructive review; we appreciate your insight. We definitely have processes put in place to help our Sales team be as efficient as possible. Our sales training program is thorough, informative, and useful to new reps who haven't sold with us before. We hope you found that useful and feel the same way as we do about that. As for coming up with new ideas, we're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as positive. We do have a dedicated Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, individual Sales Mentor, and of course Sales Managers who are great resources for bouncing off new ideas or improvements.
