Pros

great benefits (free healthcare, 'unlimited' pto) people/culture of peers was welcoming opportunities beyond relias, very large parent company that encourages cross-application

Cons

pay was low, especially for RTP performance review process was highly flawed (ranking quota) unlimited pto isn't actually unlimited pto

Thanks for taking the time to post a review. We have been actively evaluating the performance review process and the results were one of the reasons for the recent compensation policy change. There was never a "quota" per se in the past, but did provide general guidelines for managers on how to gauge performance of individuals. However, our promotions are well above living wage increases unless you are moving laterally between departments due to different pay scales, which may have been your case. Going forward, we will absolutely be acknowledging high performance with spot and special project bonuses, so high performers should feel rewarded ongoing. Yes, flexible pto is just that - not really a defined limit or counting of days - but, we still need to support our customers and ensure we can get our work done. Best of luck wherever you are now!

Pros

Amazing corporate culture Leadership listened to engineering on tools, technology stack, etc Actual product ownership, including necessary input and control (instead of being told you own a product and then not given the necessary access or tools to maintain it)

Cons

Hiring process involved psychological screening with a lot of implicit bias, almost like an IQ test. On the plus side, I've been told they discontinued its use after that was pointed out.

Pros

You have kind co-workers and good benefits.

Cons

The strategic direction is unclear for many parts of the business. There is not enough transparency around hiring decisions - including who is still with the company and where there are opportunities for growth.
