Thanks for the review and both positive and constructive feedback. We agree on the benefits, culture, and product pieces that's for sure. We also know that healthy conflict is something we strive for and are trying to improve. The management team talks about this quite often and they won't let it fall off our radar. In regards to the piece around data it's interesting to hear that feedback. We see a lot of decisions being made but when someone produces insightful, meaningful data those decisions can easily be reversed. I'm sorry to hear you've had a different experience.
