Pros
The people and the mission were top-tier
Cons
Since the arrival of new VP leadership at Nurse and Communities, the workplace environment deteriorated significantly. Sales leadership employed scare tactics, threatened job security, and created a divisive atmosphere where employees were pitted against each other, fighting over territories and leads. Promised on-track earnings were much lower than expected, with most representatives making less than a tank of gas in commissions, even though sales targets were too high, and the products failed to perform. The policy of unlimited PTO was essentially eliminated, and any attempt to take time off was met with scrutiny and an expectation to work during days off. This obliterated any semblance of work-life balance, leaving employees overworked and stressed. New leadership systematically fired dedicated sales employees to make room for their own hires. Candidates should approach career opportunities with Relias with caution, especially given the unhealthy workplace environment.
