Cons
-Culture is not diverse and only promotes/recognizes people like the executive suite -Healthy debate, supposedly a core value, is actually how a lot of managers decide who they like and don't like. More debate=less promotion. -Completely removed the option of pay raises. COLA percentages unreasonable considering nature of economy. -After 2 rounds of layoffs in less than 6 months, it became evident that revenue is being "fluffed" or incorrect information is being relayed to actual employees, -Exceptional performance is not rewarded, and poor performance is not reprimanded. -Communication at every level is severely lacking, and usually takes place well after the fact. -Business practices are extremely skewed including manipulation in contract terms and enforcement, continued attempts to monopolize the market, and lack of internal controls across various departments.
