Overall, still a great place to work - Anonymous employee Relias Employee Review

I've been at Relias for over 3 years, and have seen a lot of change and growth. I recognize a lot of the recent reviews have been rough, but I still genuinely see Relias as a great place to work. The exec team truly tries to be as transparent and forthcoming as possible, but these past years have been a crazy time to be a business and every organization is suffering. My direct manager has been excellent, forthright, and honest about everything which has made the rapid pace of change much easier to manage. I have excellent work/life balance, love the hybrid flexibility and 321 coffee shop, and truly enjoy my job and coworkers. A lot of that does depend on your direct manager, but we have some really stellar ones out there.
