Pros
I'm surprised to see so many incredibly negative reviews, truly. The company has great benefits, a free coffee shop on site, flexible PTO, They bring in food and lunches a lot, and have events like family days, and volunteering days. Generally good work-life balance, especially at the non-managerial level, A really flexible hybrid situation -where you don't have to be in office for your full 9-5 day. Most people are competent at their jobs and approachable.
Cons
There is some whiplash on how quickly things change and I think some senior leaders struggle with how to make sure changes and priorities are communicated. Normal for-profit business growing pains -- tight budget, fast-pace, not every leader/manager is the best fit. There is some communication that comes out as overly positive and hard to follow the impacts because it's so hyped.
