Pros
Working with the companies that Remedy had contracts with provided me with experience that made me more versatile and confident in operations and logistics. It gave me a broader insight as to what I was capable of doing.
Cons
There is no communication or benefit that excuses their lack of providing optimal employee/employer experience. If I had questions or needed assistance from the franchise I was working for, it never happened. The reps here never return any calls, no matter how many messages you leave. I was hurt on the job and they never looked out for my welfare. OSHA would have a field day if they ever investigated the lack of safe work practices by Remedy. They just fill the positions with any body they can. Half the teams could not speak any English, which could get them hurt or worse. Parent company Employerbridge states several benefits that you will be able to earn, after fulfilling steady employment with your current contract after one year. Like PTO, paid holidays, vacation and maybe insurance that would actually be accessible within 400 miles. If you read the handbook, anything mentioned you won't get.
