8yThanks for your feedback. I really appreciate it. We're continuously looking at our total compensation to make sure that it's within market and will make adjustments accordingly, especially when the market is moving.
That being said, one of our core values is "Be an Owner" and we align our compensation strategy accordingly -- aligning compensation with the long term performance of the business via stock options, etc. This is an important part of our culture and is one that many employees find rewarding.
