Pros
Transparent teams with documentation to make navigating questions easier
Remote work is so easy to achieve because we have the tools and the practise to make sharing and collaborating easy
Team is so open to new ideas, and pushes to make changes and test them
Cons
Only that the team is so lovely, I want to meet them, but that's hard to do when you are spread over so many countries :)

Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture
