Pros
Incredible company culture—kindness drives every interaction. Remote work done right—it's not just work from home. It's work from anywhere. And Remote has the infrastructure in place to make remote working more flexible without sacrificing social bonds with co-workers. Great company mission—I feel like my work is actively making the world a better place. Leadership is top-notch—From the top down, Remote is living its core values. Talented people—everyone on my team is amazing. I never feel like I'm the smartest person in the (virtual) room, which I love.
Cons
None so far. However, if you're someone who craves prescriptive types of projects (someone hands you a brief that lists all the steps you need to take), Remote is probably not the place for you. We deal with a lot of pretty ambiguous problems that don't have clear-cut answers, so you need to be someone who likes that ambiguity. If you also want an office environment, this is definitely not the place for you.
