3yThank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback. We wholeheartedly agree with you that our recruiting team does an amazing job finding team members who fit our core values (Kindness, Ownership, Excellence, Ambition, and Transparency).
Our goal is to provide great, equitable job opportunities anywhere in the world, and that starts with our own internal hiring practices. We always hire a person because we believe their values and core competencies will help us improve. Some roles do require deep domain experience; others may require the right mindset and applicable work experience / skills. But whatever the role, we offer an extensive onboarding program to ensure baseline product and services knowledge. And if someone needs more information, we offer training modules and rich documentation on a variety of topics.
We’re immensely proud of our internal expertise. Our experts in local employment laws, employee lifecycle, mobility, benefits, payroll, and so many others have been the bedrock of our success, and though we’ve had growing pains like most companies that expand exponentially, we always work hard to address them quickly.
