We're glad to hear that you found value in our commitment to remote, asynchronous work and project opportunities, as well as our focus on diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion. We aim to ensure that these values are not just words but are lived by every day.
The decision in July 2022 to eliminate roles on some of our teams was a very difficult one, and we’re glad we have never had to do it again since then. Quite a lot has changed in the year-plus since that time, including new C-level leaders, new level of transparency, new career advancement opportunities, and other changes that we believe contribute to Remote’s long-term success, nurture trust and support the culture.
