      Great workplace autonomy for ICs to execute, innovate and conduct projects within the Operations vertical, developing key relationship with VPs and high value stakeholders from day 1.

      Cons

      Low oversight and managerial support, sometimes you float and create your own agenda for things and lack of alignment of your priorities vs. company objectives which leads to constant context switching and conflicting priorities

      Pros

      Multiple interviews with people having different partnership roles gives a good idea of how the communication goes internally and the overall company culture

      Cons

      If you're looking for a quick hire, having multiple interviews is not for you

      Leadership is disconnected. Very much the throw it away if it doesn't work mentality.
