I usually do not write reviews but after reading a few not-so-encouraging reviews, I couldn't stop myself from sharing my own experience. I have been with Remote Tiger for 3 years and still going strong. Before deciding on Remote Tiger, I contacted at least 4 IT staffing firms and in all honesty, Remote Tiger were the most transparent and straightforward right from the get go. I clearly understand the anxiety that comes with picking an IT staff firm - trust me I have been there. Now looking back at the last 3+ years, I pat myself for having made that decision. I understand the frustration of some folks - we all have our individual circumstances, but it all comes down to finding the right balance between the effort you are ready to make as well as the support from the employer. I had the support that I needed in the beginning to get a foothold in the IT world and as i advanced in my job, I always have their support continuously. With this company - there are no games - you know what I am talking about if you ever dealt with any other IT staffing firm). They tell you what it is and what is expected of you - straight forward and clear. The CEO and other staff members are always a phone call away and emails are always responded in a timely manner. I have never had issues with wages, my paperwork for conversion to H1B was handled very professionally, I always received advance notice on critical USCIS deadlines and they went out of the way to help me with a personal situation of mine too! Now that you don't expect from your employer - and it really made me happy that they cared!
