From CEO, to COO, to boots on the ground, Removery really values a culture that is safe, inclusive, and cultivates positivity. The training, and support you receive working here is top tier, Help is always a quick message away. Amazing benefits that the company helps pay for, and really really good compensation. Base pay is well above minimum wage, and with the potential performance bonus, I'm making more than I ever had before. It's a fun industry to work in. Every day is new and exciting. Growth opportunities are very very real here. I've never had time off denied. As a matter of fact it's been encouraged here. THE PEOPLE. I don't know how Removery managed to source the employees they did. They aren't just winners, they are phenomenally good people with hearts of gold. Honestly, none, unless you consider being goal oriented and pushed to be your best a con. There's also autonomy within studios which is AMAZING at my location because the team is incredible at what they do, and work together really well. We hold each other accountable.
