Company is small but growing. Management is hyper focused on business development and acquiring new clients

Pros

A small SDVOSB Company dedicated to hiring Vets. Management takes care of their employees with PTO, yearly bonuses and employee recognition bonuses, medical, dental and other perks. Management is easily accessible, understands family is priority and treat all staff more like family than employees. By far the best group of people you can ever work for. I can easily say that the day I was offered my position was the day my life turned around for the better.
