Pros

Good benefits, including a 401(k) and health insurance. Nice ppl to work with. When I joined Rendr 360, it was a relatively small and growing group. Under the leadership of the Director and team leads, the team became more efficient, functional, and focused on clear, target-driven goals. I thoroughly enjoyed working within this team, as the culture is friendly and the atmosphere warm.

Cons

Rendr is growing quickly, and sometimes the internal structure doesn't keep up. This can be confusing at times. It's also an entry-level job, which means the pay could be at an entry-level rate as well.

Pros

I have been working at Rendr as a corporate employee for about four years, and it's truly been a great experience. Rendr has an amazing company culture where communication is open, easy, and encouraged across all teams. Everyone is approachable, and collaboration feels natural; you never feel unheard. Things get done quickly and efficiently. Leadership genuinely considers everyone's opinion when making decisions. There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which makes it easy to stay motivated and productive without burnout. Management provides great guidance, is supportive and very understanding, which creates a positive and respectful work environment.

Cons

Honestly, very few. Rendr continues to grow and improve. Leadersip is open to feedback as the company evolves

Pros

Paid lunch was my biggest motivation to go to work here

Cons

- Toxic/unsustainable work culture. Too many patients scheduled in too little time, causing all the staff to be overworked every day and unable to provide quality service, even to the best of our ability. We were even understaffed on some days. - Get ready to be a punching bag for providers who have anger issues - All the staff had to work several job titles. I was a scribe, an interpreter, a front desk receptionist, had to multitask all the time and worked overtime everyday - I understand Rendr has specific goals to reach that includes numbers, but these goals are carried out by the employees working in clinics, not the higher ups, and they were extremely unrealistic. - A lot of patients also treat clinics like a social work office, not a place to treat illness. - It was extremely damaging to my mental health when I was working full-time, to the point I sought and started therapy. - I was so gaslighted to the point that I celebrated getting a bonus of a dollar in my pay rate.
