Decline in job security and boring work environment - Electronics Engineer Renesas Employee Review

Has gone downhill massively with large redundancies, pay freezes when the salary is far below market rate and lack of job security as collegues who have worked for 20+ years are getting made redundant. The work itself is boring and they have issued a manditory return to office which has caused many staff to leave. We are coming in to work on laptops and do work which has been done from home for many years. There is little collaboration within departments so there is no real need to RTO. There is little opportunity for career advancement as they are not willing to increase pay package.
