Management is incompetent. They can't retain information. I would say it was like working with circus monkeys, but even monkeys are more trainable and retain more information than these clowns. HR is now a laughing stock because of the new VP and the CEO is in WAY over his head. Get out now while you still can. It's unfortunate because IDT was truly a great company. Greg Waters and the Board put a target on everyone's forehead and Renesas is pulling the trigger and assassinating the entire culture that made this company great.
