Upper management (Director and supporting roles) lack fundamental knowledge about how to run a successful semiconductor business especially the Palm Bay site. Maintanence team is embarrasingly mismanaged. Very high turnover rate. Current atmosphere is a shadow of bad oversight by previous managers and directors. Pay is good but low compared to the competiton. High stress environment and company fails to offer professional advancements.
