-Health Insurance Benefits -401K -Team Members -Winston Salem Office is amazing

Cons

-Lower end salary compared to textile/apparel competitors in the area -Two HQ offices are like night and day. Mount Airy is outdated and old fashioned. Winston Salem is modern, fresh and motivating. Workplace vibe is significantly different between the two. Many positions are split between these two offices, which means you are commuting to either office throughout the week. -No one knows of Renfro Brands. We are such a huge sock manufacturer but after 100 years no one knows our name

Co-workers are nice and mostly easy to work with. Leadership is average but fine in general.

Cons

Pay is average. They agreed to give me my bonus but never paid it out. Technically, they did not have to based on policy but they said they would and did not. Ignored my emails. Brought in new VP who clearly wanted to bring in her own people. She never really gave a fair chance to those of us she let go. It was obvious she had her mind set from the start.
