Pros
It used to be great
Cons
Like every company in this space, COVID created some challenging times. Unfortunately for Renfro and its employees (especially the Mt Airy team), the CEO has his own personal agenda to use the company for his own personal PR highlight reel that doesn't discuss the actual business. Beyond managing to lose nearly 70% of the company's value, he has also created a masterclass in self-preservation by firing anyone he deemed a threat/managed to pin as the scapegoat for his numerous mistakes/blatant negligence of his responsibilities. At the same time, he's hired people based on a certain set of criteria that doesn't include abilities or experience. Needless to say, I would not recommend joining this sinking ship, which is unfortunate because there are a lot of great people that work here. It's just that the current mis-management of the company has made it go from >$500mm to ~$100mm (and declining) in revenue while also stripping it of any culture it had. Too bad.
