- Emotionally and Mentally Taxing
- Administration is Passive Aggressive, will not give you a chance to speak, explain yourself or try to make a resolution with you if issues arise, they make heinous accusations against you especially if you struggle with disabilities.
- Corrupt Practices against Substitutes, treated like a minority, and punished if something isnt correct to the tea. "Permanent" Employees are treated better in most cases.
