None. Working here made my life miserable and put me in severe depression.

Cons

From day 1 the existing employees do not include you. They have GROUPS!!!! I've experienced racist comments and behavior so many times but I choose not to reply or react to them. You need to do a lot of boot licking of your lead and manager to not get fired. They even provide training to the people they favor. When they hire you they never tell you the weird work hours which off course in 15 hours somedays and the job description never matches the work they make you do (Throw trash is also one of it). No career growth, they promised process science and straight away reject you for it when you talk to them about it

Lots of good, knowledgeable people working hard doing a good job.

Cons

Cycles through a lot of people, lots of hirings and firings with little to no warning or attempt to retain. Mixed bag if it may or may not work for an individual. Benefits were problematic.
