Pros

Exciting, fast growing site. Friendly people. Dedicated team working to grow the site. Implementing new manufacturing technologies and equipment. Opportunity to work with multiple clients on varying projects. Don’t just show up and do the same thing every day. Commute right off 495. Good balance of WFH and On-Site

Cons

Site does not have good food selection on site. Lots of spots 5/10 mins away, but either pack a lunch or you’re going off site.

Lots of good, knowledgeable people working hard doing a good job.

Cons

Cycles through a lot of people, lots of hirings and firings with little to no warning or attempt to retain. Mixed bag if it may or may not work for an individual. Benefits were problematic.
