We work hard and wear many hats. We are understaffed while expanding.

Lots of good, knowledgeable people working hard doing a good job.

Cons

Cycles through a lot of people, lots of hirings and firings with little to no warning or attempt to retain. Mixed bag if it may or may not work for an individual. Benefits were problematic.
