There is zero, absolutely zero respect for work life balance or employees dedicated to the company. The leadership team is more concerned about meeting some fake metric, that doesn't measure anything significant or impactful. They don't care about the culture, or providing what the teams need. for a small company, your nothing more than a number, and unfortunately treated as such.
