The pay was pretty good.

Cons

Senior Leadership needs complete revamping. I resigned from the company ~ 4 months ago. Many of us, most who are no longer with the company, made multiple complaints about my former manager. However, our words "fell on deaf ears". Ultimately, she ended up getting people fired, forcing us to leave or just regularly harassing everyone on and off the QC team. News Break... After all this was allowed to happen, by Senior Leadership, it was communicated that my former manager no longer has ANY of her, at one time, 12 directs reports. They have either been fired, left due to her constant rudeness or now report to other managers. Shaking my head.....

Lots of good, knowledgeable people working hard doing a good job.

Cons

Cycles through a lot of people, lots of hirings and firings with little to no warning or attempt to retain. Mixed bag if it may or may not work for an individual. Benefits were problematic.
