Pros
Most coworkers were friendly and helpful. I have stayed connected to some of my old colleagues after I left
Cons
Definitely a “can’t give a pay raise, so here’s a pizza party” type of company. SLT often emphasized and endorsed overworking employees, employees working extreme OT (sometimes by 4-8 hours) and rarely with the pay to back it up. Burnout was a very regular occurrence in departments that simply didn’t have the people, resources, or time to meet arbitrary deadlines that changed from manager to manager. If you are lucky, you can get a manager who is willing to listen, hear your concerns, and address them in a manner that is respectful and shows genuine care. If you are unlucky… Also, don’t expect communication between departments. That would make things too simple.
