Cons

Management is horrible, work till you drop culture. I worked there for 2 years, and it was surprising that this place was allowed to operate. Forced to work weekends on demand without notice

Lots of good, knowledgeable people working hard doing a good job.

Cons

Cycles through a lot of people, lots of hirings and firings with little to no warning or attempt to retain. Mixed bag if it may or may not work for an individual. Benefits were problematic.
