Super cooperative, humble and implementing solutions for betterment. Company Culture is great. They are keep accepting & implementing New Tech Stacks & better solutions, so you will find a good learning oppurtunity. Salary always transfer on time. HR & management shows empathy towards employees as much as they can, in their time of need.
Cons
Legacy Product will require you to be carefull & understand all it's previous concepts & also contribute to your superiors, if things get technically wrong in longer run. Time management, be on time & leave on time. You can't be late all the time. They are cooperative, but you have to play your part as well. You will not find everything new all the time like new things, you have to make earlier things to stable & move onto other things.
